Louis Labriola is the President and CEO of SLR Industries Inc. Since SLR's inception in 2000, Lou has grown the company to become the industries gold standard and rightfully earned the motto, “We Are Professionals”. Louis is an expert in structural concrete, site work, excavation, complex drainage systems, masonry and asphalt road paving. With his extensive knowledge and an unparalleled talent in managing all phases of complex and unique projects, he has earned an outstanding reputation. This reputation serves as a catalysts to success for the companies 25 talented, well trained employees which has proven to outperform its competitors time and time again.

Before starting SLR, Mr. Labriola was a dedicated employee of the New York City Transit Authority, seated in the elected position of Vice Chairman. He also proudly served as the president of the Long Island Asphalt Pavers and Masons Association (LIAPMA) for over 10 years.
As an avid sportsman, Lou enjoys boating, salt water fishing and riding and training horses. Lou is a licensed United States Merchant Marine Captain. He is a board member and Director of the Friends of Connetquot, a member of the international Game Fishing Association, the Bay Shore Tuna Club and the Islip Horseman's Association. He currently resides in West Bay Shore, NY.
Kelly Hilly holds the title of Office Manager and bookkeeper for SLR Industries. Ms. Hilly began her career with SLR Industries back in 2017 and has since worn many hats for the company. Ms. Hilly currently helps facilitate all office functions, handles all bookkeeping needs for SLR and is the bright shining face of SLR in the office.

In 2020 Ms. Hilly has taken on the task of job management which includes going to estimates, scheduling jobs, ordering supplies and overseeing job sites, as well as still managing all office functions.
In her spare time, Ms. Hilly manages and oversees an equestrian facility, Cherry Wine Equestrian, located in Hauppauge, NY. Kelly is an avid competitor horseback rider and attends rated and schooling shows with her clients.
Ms. Hilly holds a Bachelors degree in accounting from The College of Mount Saint Vincent.
Fredys started his career with SLR industries in 2003 as a masonry helper, where he learned many skills of the trade. Throughout the years he has worked his way up to hold the title as Field Masonry Supervisor for SLR. Fredys takes great pride in his work at SLR and has a great following with our customers. Fredys is not only a builder but a masonry designer.

Jose is the senior employee a SLR with over 20 years tenure. Jose immigrated from Sonta Barbara Honduras back in 1998. While living in Honduras, Jose worked with his father on the family farm, caring for the animals and repairing the facility. His father helped instill the great work ethics Jose carries with him today while working on SLRs job sites.
Paving and Demo Field Supervisor / General Superintendent
Jose currently holds the title as General Superintendent for SLR industries, where he dedicates his time making sure each job meets SLRs standards. Jose takes pride in each and every job he completes for the company, and is a very familiar face to both new and returning customers.
